This is an exciting, mostly downhill ride which is part of the Lake to Lake cycling route.  We follow quiet roads or designated bicycle paths by Bayview, past Lake Wilcox , some of Leslie, until we get to the familiar Don Valley Trail. Celebrate the completion at the Distillery.  Bring Lunch to eat in Headwaters Community Park

START:  Be ready to start at 10:00 AM.  Meet in the parking lot on the EAST side of the Aurora GO station

How to get to the start:

From Union Station- 8:52 GO Train to arrive in Aurora at 9:42 AM

OR take the subway to Downsview, then the 9:11 GO Train to arrive in Aurora at 9:42 AM

By car: If you are driving, try to arrive at 9:42 AM, 18 minutes before the start of the ride. Parking is available in the GO parking lot on the East side of the station. At the end of the ride, you will need to take the train from Union back to Aurora to retrieve your car.

Washrooms are available in the station.

Weather:  The ride could be cancelled because of the weather (e.g. too cold, too wet, too windy).  If the weather looks doubtful, check the website after 8am on the day of the ride.
